1949 Founded in Nagoya City in Minami Ward`s Uchidabashi
1957 Establishes Tatematsu Works Corp.
1968 Moves within Nagoya City to Narumi-chou in Midori Ward
1990 Completes construction of Okayama Factory in Mitsu District, Okayama
2001 Moves headquarters to Toyota City and changes names to TIMS Corp.
2005 Begins business with Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd.
2008 Establishes TIMS Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
2009 Completes construction of Akaiwa Factory in Okayama
2009 Establishes TIMS (Wuhu) Automotive Technology., Ltd.
